If Walmart sells it I can't see why you can't. Especially now that everything is short and things like powder have huge penalties by UPS for shipping it becomes more important to have a local forum where local people can network together.
If you are a commercial dealer please contact me as I have rules but most only have to do with a heavily used site and that won't be like that for at least a year.
