The Army Corps is possibly closing 3 area campgrounds. These are the Jordan site on Norfork Lake, Pontiac and The Dam Site on Bull Shoals. The launch ramps are to remain open. There is a possibility that the campgrounds may get picked up by other interest.
Often the campgrounds are filled in summer time and there is limited overflow areas available.
I fished the white river today at Cotter. Caught 5 rainbows12-15 inches, in a short time. Only 2 generators running for several days so water levels have been low.
