Bull Shoals is still in emergency spill condition, flooding the white river below the dam, Currently dropping at 6 inches daily. Norfork is just barely below completely full and I expect they will start dropping it some soon. The water clarity was about 1 foot on Norfork yesterday.A bit of small debris is staill on the lake but most of teh large stull has sunk.
Both lakes have full campgrounds and the launch ramps are saturated with activity, with vehicles and trailers parked everywhere even before the holiday. Many ramps are not even usable.
Bull is still quite clear and I keep hearing of Walleye being taken 25-30 foot. A 5 pounder was taken by a neighbor fishing for crappie with minnows.
