Several club members are reporting quite a bit of top water action from the stripers/hybreds. They are on the edges of the submerged trees. The water is clearing and the junk has been blown to shore with much of it submerged already. Still you must watch for floating obstacles. Bait is also working well, both shiners and shad. Most anglers are now allowing the bait to swim shallow. You can use heavier tackle now since the water isn't so clear and the stripers are making a bee line into the junk when hooked.
Have not heard much on the walleyes.
