No useful (trusted) fishing reports coming in, not surprised with the current weather, so I will list the lures I find most useful for stripers. Naturally it all depends on what depth they are at.
Rapala shad rap
Rapala rattling shad
Berkley flicker shad
Smithwick rogue
Bink's spoon
Zara Spook
Large stump jumpers (horse head jig)
any of the prerigged weighted soft plastic jigs
You don't necessarily have to use large lures, as I frequently have fish cough up very small shad when boated, but they tend to like a decent size offering.
The flicker shad is my go to lure on Bull and any time I go for walleye, unless they are really deep. I have caught eyes as deep as 55 feet on Norfork using spoons. I do use lead core to drop trolling lures down to various depths.
