Greg - fantastic class! My question is: by applying to St. Louis County for a CCW license, will law enforcement know this upon running a lookup on my plates, or does it not hit their system until I go to the license office?
You will probably not be noted as a licensee in MULES until you are approved to pick up your license.
I am not 100% certain but it would make the most sense.
