The main part says the college students can carry to protect themselves. There's another part I was interested in seeing passed but it escapes me right now...

Don't look for too much to happen too early. I could be wrong, but my time in Jeff city leads me to believe that the outcome only becomes clear very late in the session when there is a big flurry of activity and most things get passed.
