does anyone know of what it requires to transfer or sell a pistol to a mo. resident from another person from mo.????

It's not required, but having an FFL handle the transfer should be worth a small fee. It will protect the buyer if the gun turns out to have something undesirable in its past and the seller from unknowingly selling to a prohibited person.
