What do I need to RENEW my permit? (I have a missouri ccw) The letter says I have to fill out a form but didn't send me the form. It also doesn't clearly state what documents I have to bring.

It seems as if they are not making the process of renewal user friendly.

Go back to the sheriff where you applied in the first place. They will have the form and and also process it.
There is nothing in the statute that requires the Dept of Revenue to notify you at all, so sending a renewal letter is a good thing in itself.
The Dept of Revenue isn't the issuing authority. Their form letter goes out to people all over the state who won't be going to your sheriff. That's why they don't tell you where to go to renew it.

What documents should I bring so I can complete the process in one day?

You will need your CCW permit, the completion certificate from your class, and if you have had any legal issues in the time since the permit was issued, copies of all those. The renewal fee as well.
