New Non-Photo Permits impact on reciprocity

So I recently renewed my CCW in Missouri and I'm please how simple the process now is. However, the new premit is nothing more than a small wallet size piece of paper that I had to take to Office Max to get laminated. Still simple enough. However, I was looking at some other states requirements for reciprocity (e.g. TN) which state that: "1.Tennessee now recognizes a facially valid handgun permit, firearms permit, weapons permit, or a license issued by another state according to its terms, and will, therefore, authorize the holder of such out-of-state permit or license to carry a handgun only in the state of Tennessee".

It would seem that Missouri permits now without facial pictures might be in question as to whether they are valid in TN.?

Has anyone run into this issue with other states that used to have clear reciprocity with Missouri?
