<title>Walleye biting</title><link>http://www.stlaware.com/read.php?61,999,999#msg-999</link><description><![CDATA[ I have been getting eyes on Bull, they are mostly at 14-18 foot. Many are in the 21 inch size. Other fishermen are reporting similiar results trolling or casting jigs. I am seeing many trolling open water as well and have heard there is a bite in 40 foot depths. Water temp is 73.<br />The White river has been at NO generation for most of the day. This makes for really good wade fishing, but severly limits boating. Many ramps are not usable at this level. Fishing for trout has been very good.]]></description>

A burglar attacked me in my home and demanded money while holding MY XD40 loaded &amp; chambered. That is the only night I forgot to take it to bed.<br /><br />After getting body slammed (broke 3 ribs) I knew I was dead, so I rolled over &amp; got my Glock, racked &amp; fired. Police say it was a good shoot. I was groggy when woke from a sound sleep and had milliseconds to make my decision. Thanks to your training I got one in his ass but my spread was about 4' wide cos I am getting cataract surgery &amp; was basically shooting blind.<br />I am still freaked out over it &amp; feel even worse that I shot him but if I didn't I would be dead.<br /><br />Channel 4 wanted my interview but being still freaked I said 'No comment'.<br />Now I feel I should have done the interview &amp; told the news that with out your training and methods I would be dead. So thanks for your excellent training course.<br />Now I gotta go to Hillsboro with my bill of sale &amp; try to get my guns back.]]></description>

It was also criminalized to make work for law enforcment the criminal justus system lawyers prosicuters ,,, the list is to big to post it all but the Law Must be changed!! for instance my guns are leagle but I get red tape hassel while the cryminal can pick up any gun they want &amp; when they get cought they just lawyer up get out with a slap on the wrist &amp; go out with another gun to commit crime.<br />It is a Sad state that law abiding citizens get a microscope up there a$$ on gun ownership &amp; the bad guy has No trouble]]></description>

<title>Re: Changes to MO CCW and Use of Force now listed on stlccw.com</title><link>http://www.stlaware.com/read.php?54,697,983#msg-983</link><description><![CDATA[ I don't know if this is the proper forum But last night my home was broke into &amp; I was Robed at Gun Point.<br />Now legal or not if I did not have a hand gun to defend myself I would be DEAD &amp; not able to post this.<br />So I have already contacted Lawyers to get my fel. pot sale at age 17 Expunged &amp; they all say it's a good<br />chance to get that fel Expunged.<br />However in the mean time what would I be looking at in terms of getting my gun back or should I pack my tooth brush<br />for (what jail term) with or with out a lawyer?<br />The 5 separate Officers at the sean said &quot; It was a Good Shoot&quot; since it was a Armed Brake in and I am Disabled &amp;<br />I should not worry about haveing a hand gun bought from a private party<br />With a Bill of Sale.<br /><br />So what is it? lawyer up go to jail or get my gun back or loose out untill I get my fel Expunged]]></description>

<title>Striper tourney</title><link>http://www.stlaware.com/read.php?61,980,980#msg-980</link><description><![CDATA[ The stripers were hitting top water for several days. The cold front hasl stopped it for a couple days. We had our club tourney Thursday. I took 3rd place with a striper of 8 pounds, 15 ounces. I also got a 7-11 hybred and lost a similiar sized at the boat. All mine were on Zara Spooks. A 13+ was the winner. Our club only weighs ONE fish as a conservation measure.]]></description>

I wrote my congressmen about getting the wording changed but have not heard back yet. Saw today that Nebraska had similar wording to MO and changed it today. The control # blank on the MO sheriff's CCW form is theirs. I assume they put something in that space when you use the form to apply for the license.]]></description>

That was 42 yrs ago]]></description>

They were in scattered patches. 3 fish, 2 on shiners and a 17 on a alabama rig. Water temp was 65 degrees with decent visiability.]]></description>
